Clare Hoxey
Clare Hoxey is Head of Pensions at Clifford Chance, having trained there and been a Partner in the Pensions group since 2007. She advises on all aspects of pensions law and regulation. Her clients include UK and multinational public and private corporations, insurance companies and other pension product providers, private equity houses and trustees of occupational pension schemes. Clare is well known for her technical expertise with a commercial approach and is named as a “Leading Partner” in the Legal 500.
Clare is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and has been secretary to the Investment & DC Sub-Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers for many years.
