Charlotte Spendley

Solicitor, Cripps LLP
I am an Associate in the charities and personal tax and succession team at Cripps LLP, based in London and Tunbridge Wells.

Having qualified through the solicitor apprenticeship route, I have gained considerable experience working across several practice areas with a particular focus on private client work. This has enabled me to develop a well-rounded foundation of legal knowledge and build strong relationships across multiple sectors.

I advise high-net-worth individuals, families, executors and trustees on estate planning, tax and succession matters including Wills, trusts and complex estate administrations.

I also advise charities on their establishment and ongoing governance and support individuals embarking on their philanthropic journey.

I take a careful, empathetic and solution-focused approach, helping clients navigate sensitive or complex circumstances.
