Michele Wightman
Having qualified in 1994 Michele has always specialised in capital tax planning for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. She was a Solicitor at Keebles LLP later becoming an Equity Partner and Head of Department. During this time, she concentrated on capital tax planning for generations of business/company owners and farmers, with experience of the latter being further enhanced during her time as Partner and joint Head of Department at Wilkin Chapman LLP in Lincolnshire. Presently Michele heads up Weightmans Northeast Private Wealth offering across Yorkshire and Newcastle offices and is a member of the Landed Estates and Rural Affairs team here. She is a full member of STEP.
As well as her capital tax planning and large estate administration work, Michele acts as a Professional Deputy and Trustee.
