Olivia Shirville
Olivia is Senior Privacy & AI Counsel at CBRE, where she advises on privacy and AI governance. She is a UK-qualified solicitor with more than a decade of experience advising on data protection across Europe and internationally.
Before joining CBRE in 2025, Olivia spent ten years at Aon, latterly as Lead Privacy Counsel for the UK and EMEA. She led the regional privacy advisory team and advised on data strategy, digital products, international data transfers and privacy programmes across Aon’s businesses. Her work included building a data protection impact assessment process and supporting the organisation’s approach to emerging AI technologies.
Olivia began her legal career at Fieldfisher, advising clients on privacy and information law, and completed a secondment with Vodafone. She holds the IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certifications and completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
