Matthew Pawlak
Matthew Pawlak is a Senior Associate in the London Asset Finance team at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He advises aircraft lessors, airlines, investors and financial institutions on complex cross-border aviation finance transactions, with particular experience in sale and leasebacks, operating leases, aircraft trading, Japanese operating lease (JOL/JOLCO) structures, insurance-backed financings and secured lending facilities. Matthew works closely with clients to structure and execute transactions that balance asset and credit risk with the commercial objectives of the deal.
