Sam holds a law degree and specialises in Solicitors’ Professional Indemnity insurance, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on client service and delivering tailored insurance solutions. With more than 25 years’ experience in Solicitors’ PI insurance placement, claims and risk management, Sam brings valuable insight from having worked in the litigation and insurance teams of two leading law firms.
Sam has supported law firms of every size - from sole practitioners to top 100 firms - helping them address their distinct insurance and risk requirements. Sam also plays an integral role in the placement and ongoing management of several of Miller’s mid-large law firm clients, including the design of highly complex insurance programmes.
Throughout her career, Sam has developed a strong interest and expertise in risk and compliance, providing practical risk management support and guidance to law firms. She works closely with clients to identify and address key areas of exposure, drawing on her understanding of regulatory expectations, evolving market trends and recognised best practice.
