Naomi Woods
Naomi is a partner in the International Private Wealth team at Weightmans. She has over 16 years’ experience advising businesses, families, private offices and individuals in all aspects of structuring and protecting their wealth both in respect of their UK and worldwide assets.
She has particular expertise in the administration of complex estate administration which includes high net worth and diverse assets including those with offshore assets and landed estates and family businesses.
Naomi is able to assist with bespoke wills including trusts covering business and agricultural assets.
She advises on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and SDLT in relates to trusts, estates and lifetime gifting.
She is also well known by her contacts, clients and peers as having stand out expertise in agriculture and rural affairs; ensuring wealth is passed to the next generation through family arrangements and provides strategic tax planning and advice on succession.
She is a fully qualified STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) and a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
