Marie McGinley

Marie is a Partner and head of the technology and innovation group at Matheson. Marie has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on intellectual property/technology development, procurement and licensing deals, including managed services, systems integration, technology and large-scale outsourcing projects. She provides client support in navigating the complex regulatory landscape. Marie is also experienced in advising on data protection law, and is credited for her cybersecurity work and client support in preparing, preventing and responding to large-scale data breaches/cyber incidents.
