Philip Tully

Philip is a Partner in the tax department at Matheson. Philip advises multinational corporations doing business in and from Ireland on all aspects of corporate tax, with a focus on corporate reorganisations, inward investment projects and cross-border tax transactions, as well as transfer pricing matters and tax disputes. Phil is a member of the firm’s international business group and US business group. He is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Tax Institute and the International Bar Association.
