Jessica Radke
Jessica started her career defending women in court proceedings in Northern Maine as an Equal Justice Fellow before moving to Europe. Jessica worked in arbitration in the Middle East and eventually settled in the UK in 2008 joining the public law team in the Government Legal Department. Jessica spent nine years litigating judicial reviews there before joining the Competition Markets Authority as a litigator in 2017. She stayed there for the next 8 years litigating some of the most significant enforcement cases in the UK and eventually was appointed Deputy General Counsel. Jessica worked across consumer, competition and markets work.
In 2025 Jessica joined Linklaters as Senior Counsel where her practice applies her public service experience in consumer, competition, public law and regulatory work.
