Sara Tomaszewski
Sara Tomaszewski is a partner in the department and manages the safeguarding team. She has nearly 15 years post qualification experience acting in childcare proceedings. Having previously been on the Law Society Children Panel, and having represented both parents and children through their Guardians, she has acted solely for local authorities for nearly 8 years. Sara acts for local authorities in England and Wales and has been the lead lawyer on a number of high-profile cases. She has acted in the most serious childcare cases including those involving child deaths, serious injury and sexual abuse and matters involving complex jurisdictional issues, reporting inunctions and linked regulatory matters. Sara regularly offers training to professionals and lawyers in the sector and conducts her own advocacy.
