An associate at Potter Clarkson, Charlotte works with clients from start-ups to established international businesses, across a range of sectors. She offers both non-contentious and strategic IP portfolio and licensing advice, as well as support on contentious matters.
 
Charlotte regularly provides strategic advice to help clients manage and commercialise their intellectual property. Her work includes implementing collaboration agreements and identifying opportunities to commercialise IP assets. She also has experience supporting complex disputes before the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the High Court and the Unified Patent Court.
 
In her previous role as IP Manager for a pan-European construction company, Charlotte gained both commercial insight and hands-on experience in developing and managing IP strategy. This included establishing, maintaining and defending a portfolio covering a range of IP rights.
