Cian Moriarty regularly supports public sector clients, media industry clients, foreign employers and high net worth private clients with their employment and immigration law requirements. He advises leading Irish and international employers across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with particular expertise in complex workplace disputes and investigations, executive litigation, business reorganisations and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Clients value Cian for combining first-rate technical expertise with commercial judgement. He is regularly instructed on high-value and strategically sensitive matters where reputation, regulatory obligations and operational continuity are critical. His practice spans domestic and international mandates, advising multinational organisations, State bodies, healthcare organisations, technology companies, large construction enterprises and major employers on Irish employment law.

Alongside his practice, Cian plays a prominent leadership role within the profession. He lectures regularly for the Law Society of Ireland on professional ethics and employment-related matters and has served as Chair of the Law Society of Ireland’s Guidance and Ethics Committee. Cian is also EMEA Chair and Global Vice Chair of the Labour law practice Group within Multilaw, an international group of law firms. Cian is also Global Vice-Chair of the Next-Generation Group within Multilaw.
