Ellie is a Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration with experience across personal and business immigration and nationality law. She is particularly interested in complex nationality matters, including tracing British nationality based on the post-independence British colony status of a parent or grandparent.
Ellie has been a part of the Law Society’s Group on Immigration, Business Mobility and Talent Recruitment since May 2026, which seeks to monitor UK immigration policy and legislative developments in these areas to understand how the Government’s approach is likely to evolve and where it may be open to compromise.
