Jonathan Fenn

Jonathan Fenn is a Senior Consultant at Slaughter and May. He joined Slaughter and May in 1984 and was a Partner from 1995-2019.

He specialises in employee share schemes work and also advises on employment and pension matters.

His work in relation to share schemes includes advising listed and unlisted companies on share options, employee benefit trusts and other bonus and employee incentive arrangements. He has wide experience of the share scheme aspects of corporate transactions, in particular public takeovers and IPOs, including privatisations. He also advises a number of listed and unlisted companies on their ongoing employee incentivisation arrangements.

Jonathan is a member of the Executive Committee of the Share Plan Lawyers Group and is listed as a leading individual in the Employee Share Schemes and Incentives sections of Chambers UK 2014 and the Legal 500 2014.
