Dan Haley

Dan is a construction lawyer focusing on all aspects of non-contentious construction in the UK and overseas.

He specialises in drafting, negotiating and advising on bespoke and industry standard form contracts such as the JCT and NEC suites of contracts, as well as consultant appointments, sub-contracts and related ancillary documents including collateral warranties and third party rights, novation agreements, parent company guarantees and vesting certificates.

His experience spans a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects, from early engagement and tender stage and throughout the project lifecycle. Prior to joining WFW, he spent 6 years in-house at an international engineering and construction company, where he trained and qualified and was involved in several high-profile projects in both the public and private sector.

Dan brings strong industry knowledge to every project and an appreciation for the key commercial drivers for those involved in procuring and delivering construction projects of all sizes and complexity.
