Lawrence Morris
Lawrence Morris is a barrister practising across a broad range of civil law matters, with particular expertise in immigration and asylum law, defamation law, employment law, tax law and data protection law. He regularly provides specialist advice and advocacy before the Circuit Court, the Workplace Relations Commission and the International Protection Appeals Tribunal. In addition to his practice, Lawrence has been appointed to the Disciplinary Pool of the Football Association of Ireland (FAI).
Lawrence read law at Trinity College Dublin and graduated in 2020. He was called to the Bar of Ireland in July 2021. During those educational years, he developed an eye for detail as an editorial board member of the Eagle: Trinity Law Gazette and as a general editor in the King’s Inns Law Review.
Since commencing his practice, he has obtained an advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns in May 2024, a Diploma in Taxation from UCD Professional Academy in May 2025 and is due to complete his Advanced Diploma in Social Media Law from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns.
