Katherine is a corporate lawyer with private practice experience in both Australia and the UK, having trained at Allens and qualified in Western Australia. She has advised on a broad range of private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and equity capital markets matters. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Katherine specialised in corporate and transactional matters across the energy (including renewable energy) and resources sectors.
