Karen is a corporate solicitor with eight years’ experience in private practice. She has worked at a range of law firms, including high street, regional and international. She has advised on a broad range of domestic and international corporate transactions across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, private wealth and professional services. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, group reorganisations and company buybacks, as well as shareholder and partnership arrangements and general company law matters.
