Abigail Owen

Abigail is a corporate lawyer with significant experience advising on M&A corporate finance transactions. She has spent over 20 years working in private practice as a corporate partner. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Abigail was a senior partner in the corporate team at DMH Stallard LLP advising on complex M&A transactions, private equity investments, shareholder and director matters and management buy-outs and buy-ins. Abgail has been recognised as the South-East Corporate Lawyer of the Year in multiple years and has won awards for her work in private equity and corporate sales & acquisitions. She advised a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs and international corporates.
