Justine Tocher
Justine is a partner in DMH’s Corporate Practice in the London team. She has more than 25 years' experience specialising in corporate and business M&A, restructurings, employee incentive and shareholder arrangements and investments.
Justine offers expert support and guidance to entrepreneurs, owner/managers and other corporate clients throughout their business life cycle from start-up, initial investments and joint ventures to eventual exit. She particularly enjoys supporting businesses and collaborating with other professional advisors on succession planning, corporate restructurings and shareholder arrangements. Justine also advises a number of high profile banks on the corporate aspects of their client’s acquisitions and advises overseas banks in the asset based lending sector.
Justine works primarily in the Firm’s London office but also represents many clients based within the Firm’s other locations in Surrey and Sussex.
