Amy McNicholas
Amy is a Solicitor within CKT’s Employment Law team. She advises employers in the public and private sector on all aspects of the employment relationship and has significant experience in advising on employment law issues arising from internal investigations and processes, unfair dismissal claims and redundancies.
In addition, Amy has successfully represented employers before the civil courts and the Workplace Relations Commission.
Prior to joining CKT, Amy was involved in a multitude of complex and commercially sensitive matters for both international and domestic employers, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors. She also has experience assisting employers with setting up operations in Ireland, providing advice on compliance with Irish employment legislation and drafting contracts and policies.
