Tim is a commercial real estate disputes litigator at Hogan Lovells International LLP, and part of its Tier 1 and Band 1 ranked property litigation team (Legal 500 and Chambers). He has been Ranked as an "Star Associate" in Chambers 2025 and 2026, and a "Key Lawyer" in Legal 500. He works with a range of institutional landlords, property investors, developers, landlords, tenants, retailers and property professionals.
With more than 20 years' experience dealing with a wide variety of property-related disputes, finding solutions through negotiation, mediation and - as necessary - County Court and High Court litigation, Tim specialises in all aspects of real estate litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in property related insolvency, residential investment and leasehold enfranchisement, and development disputes (including advice on dealing with restrictive covenants and party walls.
