Killian Maher is a partner in the Construction and Engineering group at Addleshaw Goddard.

Killian has significant experience advising clients in respect of large-scale new developments as well as advising on dispute avoidance and disputes in respect of construction matters. Killian's practice includes advising on the structuring and procurement of new developments, development financing, forward funding as well as forward purchase and pre-let agreements in respect of new developments.

Killian advises on all aspects of the contractual documentation required to deliver a new development including the construction contracts, funding agreements, development agreements, professional team appointments and performance security agreements.

Killian also has experience advising clients on contentious matters including advising on dispute avoidance, adjudication, conciliation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

This Checklist sets out the key contractual provisions within a suite of construction documents that should be reviewed and reported on by a construction lawyer acting for the potential purchaser of a completed property in Ireland.
