Cindy Ha
Cindy Ha is an associate in the Hong Kong office of K&L Gates and a member of the International Arbitration group.
Cindy represents global clients in arbitration under institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including ICSID, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, JAMS, and SIAC. Cindy has experience in both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration involving a wide range of sectors and disputes, including technology and licensing disputes (including patent and trademark licensing disputes), oil & gas disputes, M&A disputes, construction disputes, shipping and transportation disputes, manufacturing, renewables, defense contracts, and financing disputes.
Cindy is experienced in matters involving different legal cultures, especially in Asia. She advocates for technology to be evolved and utilised to facilitate data collection, case management and hearing efficiency when different jurisdictions and languages are involved.
Cindy is a member of the firm’s Global Associates Liaison Committee.
