Cian advises on various aspects of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, employment disputes, and data privacy and intellectual property disputes.
He has acted for companies in cross-border breach of contract disputes, for shareholders in minority oppression claims, and for companies in complex asset recovery matters.
Cian regularly advises domestic and international corporate clients, financial institutions, as well as public sector and private clients. His experience in dispute resolution has involved him working on disputes across all levels of the Superior Courts, as well as the Workplace Relations Commission, and the Labour Court.
