Katherine advises developers and contractors on a wide range of construction projects. Katherine has experience throughout the life cycle of construction projects, primarily on non-contentious matters, from procurement advice through to negotiation of project documents.

Katherine has particular experience advising office developers and landlords, including central London office and mixed-use developments as well as experience in the life sciences and data centre sectors.

Advising Derwent London on the sale of its 192,700 sq. ft interest in the Johnson Building, 77 Hatton Garden and 5-7 Cross Street EC1.
