Raissa Sciarrone
Raissa Sciarrone is an Associate Director at HWF Partners, based in London, where she plays a key role in advising clients on placement of W&I insurance on UK, European and international private equity and M&A transactions. Raissa has placed numerous policies for a range of clients, including corporates, institutional investors, management teams, and private equity investee companies.
Prior to HWF Partners, Raissa was a lawyer at Latham & Watkins in Milan, one of the world’s leading international law firms. During her tenure, she advised on high-profile corporate transactions, developing a robust foundation in corporate law, cross-border deals, and sophisticated financial structures.
She began her legal career at Clifford Chance, where she trained in Corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets.
