Dominik Eickemeier
Dominik is a partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Cologne, and in charge of the Intellectual Property and information technology department. He studied at the law schools of Hamburg and Cologne; for his legal clerkship he worked in institutions, inter alia, New York, USA. Dominik joined Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in 1997 the first time and in 2004 for the second time as a partner. He is a lecturer of the Technical School for Applied Science, Cologne in copyright and media and is a member of various German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. Since 2007 he also held the title "Specialist Lawyer for Intellectual Property Law". He speaks German and English. He is a panelist at the Czech Arbitration Court, Prague, for domain name disputes.
