Archit Dhir

Archit Dhir is a Counsel in the Maritime Disputes’ Team at Watson Farley & Williams LLP in London. He has over 12 years’ experience as a disputes lawyer in the marine and international trade sectors. He is dual qualified in India and England & Wales. He has specialised knowledge of the commercial aspects of shipping, having pursued a MSc degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics. His experience covers the whole spectrum of shipping work including charterparty, bills of lading, bunkers, ship sale, ship repairs, ship building, trade finance, maritime insolvency, sanctions, collisions, and commodities disputes. He has also advised clients on non-contentious matters in drafting and negotiation of shipping contracts, and more recently in the sphere of trade digitalisation.
