I advise on public takeovers and mergers, private acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures, and I do general corporate advisory work, across a variety of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, financial services, technology, media, retail and energy. My experience includes domestic and cross border transactions across numerous jurisdictions and advising multiple listed companies. I have in-house experience, having worked in the legal teams at INEOS Oil & Gas UK and Dentsu.
