Chloe Williams is an Associate based in Fieldfisher’s Manchester office, practising in all areas of public, disciplinary and regulatory law with a focus on healthcare and life sciences.
 
Working with regulatory bodies as well as businesses operating in highly regulated sectors, she provides focused strategic advice under the relevant regulatory frameworks. She frequently assists clients seeking to challenge or defend decisions made by public bodies and conducts independent investigations, reviews and audits.
 
Chloe sits in both of Fieldfisher's European Digital Health and Life Sciences groups. She has acted on behalf of charities in three successful appeals against National Institute of Care Excellence (NICE) and assisted Jersey Hemp in a landmark judicial review claim against the Home Office concerning the meaning of the exempt product criteria contained in Regulation 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
 
Chloe has been recognised as an "Associate to Watch" for both 2025 and 2026 in Chambers & Partners Healthcare: Private sector.
