Marcus Dickey

Marcus is a commercial litigation lawyer with years of experience of complex, top-level commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency matters and matters involving commercial rights agreements.

As a member of Rahman Ravelli’s commercial litigation team, he works on international, high-stakes cases and manages a wide range of contentious matters.

Marcus’ abilities in the areas in which he specialises mean that at any given time his caseload will involve representing and advising senior business figures, corporates and high net worth individuals. 

His cases have included the representation of directors in parallel shareholder class actions alongside proceedings brought by regulators, enforcement agencies and liquidators. The case resulted in the successful negotiation of a settlement with regulators, shareholders and liquidators. 

Marcus has been involved in regulatory investigations relating to securities trading. He has also managed litigation (and negotiated settlements) relating to high-value matters as varied as property development, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, trusts and international property disputes.
