Lily is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets. She has experience of both Main Market and AIM IPO's, fundraisings and acquisitions. She regularly acts for issuers and investment banks alike and is confident in negotiating each aspect of a transaction. Lily advises on discrete questions concerning matters of corporate law and governance and has a particular interest in the life sciences and resources sectors. Lily recently spent eight months on secondment with the in-house legal team of investment bank, Liberum Capital. While there, she sat within the investment banking room and additionally supported the internal team on Liberum’s merger with Panmure Gordon.
