Victor Cucheval
Victor assists French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law, whether in collective or individual matters.
His advice includes all matters related to the individual employment relationship, from commencement to termination of employment contracts, including drafting contracts, negotiating and managing terminations. Victor also advises on collective matters, including relations with employee representatives, elections, negotiations of collective agreements and implementation of collective redundancies.
Victor works both on contentious and non-contentious cases.
Victor is qualified as a French lawyer since 2020 and joined Simmons & Simmons in 2023, after starting his career in a boutique firm in Paris specialised in employment law. He holds a postgraduate degree in Employment law and Human Resources from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
