Saffron O’Gorman

Senior Associate, Lewis Silkin LLP
I have worked at Lewis Silkin since qualification, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Having previously worked in HR and in an in-house legal role at a global technology company, I bring my lived experience of employee relations, people planning and business strategy into my role, to give practical advice to clients.

I predominantly advise employer organisations, ranging from small startup organisations to large multinational corporations across various sectors, with a particular focus on employers in the technology, media, health and pharmaceutical industries.

Whilst my practice areas are broad and I provide support on all day-to-day employment matters, I specialise in advising on employee transfers, international employment projects, litigation and all 'atypical' working arrangements, such as apprenticeships, agency workers, IR35 and employment status queries.
