Jennifer has advised clients on a broad range of finance transactions (acting both sponsor and lender side), including corporate finance, leveraged finance, real estate and development finance, aviation finance, and various secured and unsecured lending transactions. She has advised on various high-profile multi-jurisdictional finance transactions including international restructurings (Ch. 11 Bankruptcy and Irish Examinership), take private acquisitions and the financing aspects of large international mergers.
 
Jennifer joined Dentons in 2026, having previously worked with a leading Irish law firm in Dublin, during which time she also spent a period on secondment at a leading New York law firm.
