Katherine Worraker

Katherine is a tax partner in Deloitte’s investment management tax team in London.

 

She supports clients from a tax perspective as they manage their investments. Katherine works with clients to set up investment fund structures, and also provides advice in dealing with the day to day operational tax issues that arise for institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, investment managers, and custodian banks. In particular, this includes advice on global withholding and capital gains taxes, where Katherine leads the London withholding tax reclaims team.
