Adjoa is an associate in Dentons' London Projects practice, specialising in energy-sector project development and mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients across the oil and gas, LNG and renewable energy industries, with experience spanning commercial contracting, regulatory matters and cross-border transactional work.

Her practice includes advising on upstream oil and gas matters, asset transfers, joint ventures and wider energy transition work. She also supports investors and developers on renewable energy transactions, including those involving wind, battery storage and other distributed energy technologies.
