Muhyadin Mohamud

Muhyadin began his career at Everaert in 2019 as a student intern, later joining the firm as a paralegal. After being admitted to the Bar in 2022, he continued his practice at Everaert, where he advises both corporate and private clients on a wide range of immigration matters.

He assists clients in obtaining residence permits and visas for employment purposes and family reunification. In recent years, Muhyadin has developed particular expertise in advising on residence and work permit applications based on religious grounds. He also supports companies in bringing foreign workers to the Netherlands, including those involved in the construction of mega yachts, and has experience securing permits for professional athletes seeking to work and reside in the country.
