This Precedent is a short-term licence to occupy (also known as an occupational licence) in relation to a non-exclusive area within a shopping centre or office building governed by Irish law. It provides for the option of an exclusive or inclusive licence fee, the right of access through the building/centre, and it prohibits alienation.
