Lucas Nacif
Lucas is a specialist employment barrister with a busy courtroom and advisory practice.
Lucas regularly represents Claimants and Respondents in preliminary hearings, judicial mediations and final merits hearings. Lucas has also appeared in the EAT on three separate occasions and is developing a commercial disputes practice.
Lucas has a particular interest in discrimination, whistleblowing, constructive dismissal claims, procedural/case management issues (such as anonymity, privilege and territorial jurisdiction) and crossover areas, such as stress at work claims and professional disciplinary matters.
