Claire Goodby
Claire trained at a leading global law form and joined its pension practice on qualifying in 2012. She joined Arc Pensions Law in November 2010.
Claire advises on all aspects of pensions law to a mix of both employer and trustee clients, including compliance and governance, third party agreements, contingent assets, and buy-in/out transactions.
Claire has particular expertise in working with and advising on defined benefit schemes, hybrid pension arrangement, and corporate activity including acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations and joint ventures.
