Tom is a Director within Deloitte’s Global Information Exchange (GIE) team and has 15 years experience advising clients across the financial services sector in relation to operational tax regimes, including:

- FATCA, CRS and DAC2;

- US Qualified Intermediary;

- Mandatory Disclosure Rules and DAC6

- BBSI & OI reporting;

- ISA reporting;

- TRACE;

- CESOP;

- CARF and DAC8.

Tom has supported the implementation of FATCA and CRS programmes on a number of clients, including UK, Swiss and Hong Kong Headquartered global banks, asset management groups and other specialist financial services groups.

Tom is an industry recognised SME speaking at conferences in relation to QI, FATCA, CRS, MDR and FASTER.
