Larisa Gordan#14013

Larisa Gordan

Solicitor, Fieldfisher
I specialise in handling complex regulatory disputes and contentious pensions matters, with extensive experience in Part 7 and Part 8 Court applications involving professional negligence claims, equalisation issues, rectification claims, and member disputes. My practice spans all aspects of pensions law, including advising on corporate transactions for private and public companies, benefit corrections, and international arrangements.
I have particular expertise in pension de-risking strategies, funding and investment structures, including asset-backed funding solutions and capital-backed journey plans.
I provide comprehensive legal support to sponsors and trustees of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, focusing on governance and compliance. I led the development of FutureFit, Fieldfisher’s innovative online tool designed to help trustees implement robust governance frameworks aligned with the Pension Regulator’s new General Code of Practice.

I am a finalist for Innovator of the Year at the Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards 2025.
I am also an active member of the APL International Sub-committee and IPEBLA, contributing to thought leadership in pensions law globally.
