Sara is a commercial contracts lawyer with significant experience working with public bodies including local government, central government and non-departmental public bodies.

Sara’s work involves advising clients on a diverse range of contractual and commercial matters, advising on, reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex contractual documentation as well as assisting with complex outsourcing arrangements, partnering arrangements and commercial projects ad transactions, from options appraisals to completion.

Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, Sara developed a particular specialism in advising on and drafting social care contracts, working in-house at a local authority as Lead Lawyer for all contract, grant agreement and procurement matters relating to adult provision, adult assessment, learning disabilities, children and families, schools, youth and public health.
