Jonathan Henckert is a Solicitor in the Professional and Commercial Risk team at DAC Beachcroft, advising insurers on complex coverage issues and acting in high-value subrogated actions. His work primarily involves Professional Indemnity (PII), Directors & Officers (D&O) coverage, and litigation/subrogation, with a growing focus on emerging risks such as cyber liability and AI-related exposures.

Jonathan was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2023 and brings a strong litigation background to his current role. Before joining DAC Beachcroft, he managed a significant portfolio of High Court medical negligence cases at Cian O’Carroll Solicitors, gaining experience in highly sensitive and technically complex disputes. Earlier in his career, he worked on commercial litigation, insolvency, and property law matters at Lynch Solicitors and advised financial institutions on enforcement strategies at Ivor Fitzpatrick & Co Solicitors.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law and a BA (Hons) in History and Archaeology from Cardiff University. Jonathan combines technical expertise with strategic insight, drawing on a diverse legal background to deliver practical, client-focused solutions in the insurance and risk sector.
