Sarah Elliott

Sarah Elliott is a partner in the construction team at Wedlake Bell. Sarah advises on all matters relating to construction projects including procurement issues acting principally for developers, funders, property investors and specialist contractors across a wide range of projects including house building, offices and retail, hospitals and care homes. She has also advised employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants involved in adjudication, proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court and various forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation. Sarah has a degree in mathematics from Imperial College London and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
