Sarah Treacy

Sarah Treacy is a barrister with extensive experience in dispute resolution across employment, regulatory, and commercial matters. She began her career at the Bar of Ireland, appearing before the courts in a wide range of cases, and later represented employers in hearings before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Northern Irish tribunals.
As Head of Legal at an Irish retail chain, Sarah managed litigation both directly and through external counsel, while also advising on contentious employment, property, and planning issues. In her current consultancy role, she continues to support clients through strategic analysis of contractual risks and regulatory reviews.
