Sean Tracey, ST
Sean obtained his LLB degree from Maynooth University in 2018 and began his professional journey at KPMG Dublin, working in the CHEC Tax Department. This role gave him a deep appreciation for regulatory frameworks and commercial awareness, which continues to inform his approach to legal problem-solving today.
Following this, Sean spent two years with Pearts Solicitors, where he gained extensive experience in litigation. He worked across a broad range of contentious matters, developing skills in legal drafting, case strategy, and client management. This period solidified his interest in dispute resolution.
Most recently, Sean has been working at DAC Beachcroft, where he undertook rotations in both the Commercial Litigation and Professional and Commercial Risk departments. He now works full-time in the latter, advising clients on professional indemnity, liability disputes, and professional negligence.
